How to Use the Wix FAQ App

A Guide for The Libby Link Clients

Wix FAQ is a built in accordion application for your Wix Studio website that lets you arrange frequently asked questions and answers directly from your website.

This guide will help you navigate the key settings and most commonly used features of the Wix FAQ which can be managed directly from your Wix Dashboard.

How to Edit an Existing FAQ Item With Wix FAQ

From the left hand menu on your site Dashboard, select Apps then FAQ.

Hover over over the question you want to update and select Edit.

The FAQ item will open on a new page where you can update the following:

• Question text

• Answer text

• Text formatting

• Add images, videos, audio files, and other media

• Add an Instagram or Social Post.

• Link to a service from Wix Bookings

• Select the Category (topics that organise your questions)

*If you are copying and pasting text from another source its best to paste as plain text and then manually add your formatting back in to avoid any issues with how your text displays.

How to Add a New FAQ Item

From the left hand menu on your site Dashboard, select Apps then FAQ.

Select Add New from the top right of the page.

The FAQ item will open on a new page where you can add the following:

• Question text

• Answer text

• Text formatting

• Add images, videos, audio files, and other media

• Add an Instagram or Social Post.

• Link to a service from Wix Bookings

• Select the Category (topics that organise your questions)

  
  

How to Add a New FAQ Category

*Categories are topics that organise your questions to make it easier for your site visitors to find the information they are looking for.

From the left hand menu on your site Dashboard, select Apps then FAQ.

Select Add New from the top right of the page.

The Category label item will open in a pop up where you can add your label.
