How to Manage Your New Wix Studio Website

The Wix Dashboard is a central hub for managing your Wix Studio website, apps, and related business tools.
This guide will introduce you to the Wix Dashboard, and help you navigate commonly used settings and site management tasks.

How to Navigate the Wix Dashboard
You can access the Wix Dashboard for your Wix Studio website by logging in to your Wix Account online, via the Wix Mobile App, or by selecting the Wix logo from the top left of the page when editing your site in Content Mode, then selecting Dashboard from the dropdown menu.

All of your site settings, apps, and related business tools can be accessed via the left hand menu. You can also search for common actions or settings using the Quick Actions tab at the top left of the menu, or the search bar on the top banner. For quick access to your commonly used pages, save them as favourites using the star icon at the top left of the menu.

Using the Home tab, you can access a snapshot of important stats including site visits, form submissions, and total sales and bookings.

How to Access the Site Editor
You can access your site editor to update your websites text, images, and media from the Home tab by selecting Content Mode from the Edit Site dropdown at the top right.

You should use Content Mode and avoid Full Mode unless you are experienced with responsive web design and the Wix Studio platform. Even minor changes made in Full Mode can have drastic effects on your websites architecture and mobile responsiveness.

How to Update Your Site Settings
You can update your site and business settings (things like your business contact information and logo, domains, site collaborators and permissions, notification preferences and automated client emails) as well as the back end settings of any of your Wix apps like Bookings or Stores, from the Settings tab on the left hand menu.

How to Manage Client Communications
You can find all site contacts including customers, leads, site members, and newsletter subscribers under the Customers and Leads tab as well as any forms and reviews they've submitted and your loyalty or referral program settings.

How to Add or Update Products and Services
To edit existing or add new products or services that are managed through the Wix Bookings or Wix Stores app, select Catalog from the left hand menu followed by Store Products or Bookings Services.
To edit an existing product or service, hover over the listing and select Edit from the right hand side to update listing information, or select the Three Dot Menu for actions like delete or hide from site.

How to Track Sales and Payments
See a list of orders, subscriptions, gift card sales, and payments (including payouts and settlement reports) from the Sales tab.

How to Review Your Site Performance and Analytics
To review your sites online presence, visit the Site & Mobile App tab for an overview of how your brand and business appears online. You can check in on your Google rankings, measure your site speed and accessibility and SEO.
